Sledding and Tubing

I had no intention of leaving this blog space quiet for the past month, but obviously life had other plans.  Life's been busy - both with fun things and other not so fun but obligatory things.  I have plenty of pictures to update on, but I rarely have the energy after the girls are in bed to spend it with the laptop.  Soon, I hope!

As we are hopefully past our last winter storm of the season, here's how we enjoyed the snow this winter:

Lots of sledding!  Not just in our backyard, but this time at Pike Lake's hill.  This is where I grew up sledding with my dad!

We had to be careful to avoid the jumps and a few stray trees along the outer edge : )

We also had some visitors over president's day weekend so we hit up Elm Creek tubing park.  It just so happened to be a day that we got another 6" of fresh snow so it looks like the kids are on some sort of antartic expedition - ha!

The cousins had a great time!

Finley and her neighbor friends had an afternoon out with the dad's!
