Finley begged for the oh-so-popular bouncy house birthday party at Pump It Up, but she has a "mean mom" -haha. Once we'd seen Frozen, she wanted a Frozen themed birthday and given our snowy December I knew we'd still have snow around her birthday. We settled on a Frozen sledding party with a few classmates and neighbor friends. As January crept up, we began to worry that it wouldn't actually be warm enough to be outside. Mother nature gave us a rare act of mercy and it was a sunny, breezy, 19 degrees!
Pat worked really hard after every snowfall to craft 2 luge tracks. The kids loved it!
Once the party started, a certain toddler wanted to be held for the majority of the time, so I hardly got any pictures. They stayed outside for about an hour and a half - I was impressed everyone lasted that long!
Hot chocolate and marshmallows were made before coming inside : )
