The State Fair seems like ages ago now, mostly because it was about 99 degrees when we went at the end of August.
We went on a Tuesday and got there about 7:45am - trying to beat the heat. Little Farm Hands was our first stop.
The Miracle of Birth barn was next - we saw some cute baby animals, but barns on 100 degree days are not for the faint of heart.
Mini-doughnuts for breakfast, please!
The Kidway was our last stop. There was almost no shade on the asphault. Finley loved the rides, while the rest of us were content to stand under the misters.
She loved riding "Penny" - she named her!
It's not the fair without a zonked out baby in your stroller. Does she look overheated or what?
