Easter

 

 We had a low key Easter this year.  We spent the day with just our little family of four. 

 

 

The girls started off the day opening their Easter baskets.

 

 

Chewing gum!! (She hasn't swallowed it, but does want to spit it out and get a new piece roughly every 3 minutes.)

 

 

We had eggs, bacon, cinnamon cake and fruit salad for brunch.  (sidenote: have you made bacon in the oven...so good, I'm never going back to the old way!)

 

 

We went to 11:00am church (and arrived at 10:30 to make sure we got a seat).  We've been attending Eagle Brook since New Year's and are so refreshed with church.  It was an awesome service with a moving message.

We spent the rest of the day taking naps and playing in the basement.  We missed seeing our families, but relaxing was really nice and just what we needed.
