Playing catch with Papa
Pizza party at the neighbor's beach
Finally finishing up Fin's big girl room - pics sometime soon :)
With a small pillow, somebody is loving her exersaucer!
Folding laundry with my babe
Doing the dishes after helping mom make cookies - she was attempting to eat some of the bubbles :)
Learning the climbing wall at the park
The basement has been our cold haven during this hot, hot summer.
Making cookies with my girls!!
Goofballs - I asked Fin to smile for the camera and this is what I got...
I took my 14 year old daughter, I mean 2.5 year old, to the Mill City Farmer's Market. The market was crazy good - we'll be back.
Zoo with mama's co-worker's kids. Finley has an aversion to looking at the camera or keeping her eyes open ;)
LOVED the giraffe at Como
Our backyard neighbors had an adults only BBQ and we had a babysitter for the girls - pure chaos and excitement. Finley finally went to bed about 10:45.
Bumbo on the floor (this time anyways...)
We are sharing a CSA box with our neighbors and we have veggies up to our ears, and some of the best musk melon I've ever tasted.
Meet Rody - the boucy horse. Fin's obsessed. And even more obsessed with the Lorax movie. She calls it "the Warix". It's actually a great movie with a fab soundtrack. Thanks to Quincy for introducing it to her.
Life changing moment: Fifi finding her thumb. She wants nothing to do with the nuk nowadays and is sleeping like a rock. Bring on the braces.
Fin usually watches 30 mins of a movie before bed. She snuggles with dad when I'm putting Fiona to bed or on nights when dad is at class she gets uninterrupted time in her chair. This night it was Toy Story and 2 warm chocalate chip cookies.
We've been eating 1-2 melons a week - definitely Finley's favorite fruit of the summer.
I can't believe summer is almost over, but honestly I'm just glad we survived summer with 2 kids, the newborn phase is winding down, and it's cooling off a bit so we can get back outside.

I love the picture of you and your girls making cookies. You look so much like your mom and Michelle and your girls look so much like each other! And I love that you have a Southern Living magazine and Vera Bradley bag. You are living in the wrong part of the country!
