We decided to enroll Finley in a short stint of swimming classes before our trip to California in a few weeks. She has had 2 classes so far and despite being precariously close to her bedtime, she has loved it! I enjoyed being that mom snapping pics paparazzi style and Pat has enjoyed being Finley's swimming partner :)

The instructor asked to use Finley as an example of bobbing - basically dunking baby under water. She blew really hard at Finley's face so she would reflexively close her eyes and hold her breath before the dunk
And coming back up - she screamed for a minute and then was back to loving the water again!
