Our first true summer vacation came and went in a flash. We spent a long weekend with the Zenz family up at Grandview Lodge in Brainerd. The weather was beautiful, and as always, we had a fabulous trip. The boys had time for golfing The Pines while the girls hit up Glacial Waters Spa. Grandma was nice enough to babysit and the big kids even got away for a night at the pub!

Fiona has stopped eating sand! so the beach was mostly enjoyable. She did keep wanting to dive into the water, but was also entertained for quite a while with the sand toys. I'm thinking next summer is going to be golden!!
