We spent Saturday morning in St. Paul at the Capitol.
It was a great playground!
We haven't quite mastered the smile on command : )
We provided post-run support for the Calhoun Beach Run club - the club Pat runs with. This was one of their longer runs of the training season - 20-22 miles. They stared at Calhoun and had to touch the doors of the Capitol building to finish. Here's Rocky, I mean, Pat

Most of the group either running TC or the Marine Corps this fall.
