I've been wanting to make a rainbow cake since I saw it in a magazine, but never had a great reason to. Vacation seemed like a great time to try out the time consuming process, but I was lazy and made cupcakes. The best part::homemade buttercream frosting.
Fin was a fan, but really that's not surprising!
The grown-ups enjoyed them too. I had way too many before we went home 8-)
